Acceptance
By using Hikari (the bot or website), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use Hikari. Users found in violation of Discord's ToS may be banned from Hikari.
Prohibited conduct
You may not automate any bot interactions, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages, attempt to scrape card data or images, impersonate other users, or engage in harassment within any Hikari community space. Violations result in a permanent ban.
Virtual items
Cards, coins, and gems are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time.
Pack availability
Packs are released and removed at our sole discretion. Time-limited packs expire as scheduled. We do not guarantee availability of any specific pack or card.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account for any violation of these terms, with or without prior notice. Banned accounts forfeit all virtual items.
Disclaimer
Hikari is provided as-is with no warranties. We are not liable for any loss of data or virtual items due to technical errors, outages, or any other cause.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Hikari after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
